Organizational Strategies, Inc. (OSI) is a prime contractor on the General Services Administration (GSA) Corporate Schedule which encompasses a Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule (CR499) , Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule (CR 425) and the Environmental Services (ES) Schedule (CF 999). This Contract is available to all federal agencies worldwide. Under this Contract, Organizational Strategies Inc. is able to provide consultation, survey, training, engineering and facilitation services quickly and cost effectively. OSI is able to provide specialized consultant service at rates that have been fully negotiated and approved by GSA. When placing orders under a Federal Supply Schedule contract vehicle, it is not necessary for the contractor to seek further competition, nor make a separate determination of fair and reasonable pricing. This has already been determined by General Services Administration (GSA), whose mission is to "provide expertly managed space, products, services and solutions, at the best value." Schedule requirements dictate that only well-qualified and performance-tested firms become eligible for the schedule at fair and reasonable prices.
